Sideshow Rewards are loose!
 The Sideshow Rewards Points Program has been officially launched, just in time for Thanksgiving! This program is our 'thank you' to loyal customers, many of which will even start out with 'bonus' rewards that can be used immediately for holiday shopping this weekend! Be sure to read our helpful FAQ and Terms and Conditions in order to fully understand the ins-and-outs of the program. Additionally, you may notice a few other changes to your online account. These changes have been implemented to make it easy to find out how many Reward Points you have available, points that are pending, and points that you have redeemed on your order! While you are reviewing your points, we also ask you to take this opportunity to make sure that all of your information, including shipping address, billing information, and e-mail address, is correct.

  The Sideshow office and the Customer Service department will be closed Thursday, November 23rd and Friday, November 24th for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday. The Customer Service staff will begin returning calls and emails on our next business day, Monday, November 27th. Happy Holiday to our U.S. collectors! Reminder about International Shipping rates...
 International (non-EU) collectors should be aware that shipping carriers calculate their fees by DIMENSIONAL weight based on the size of the shipping box, and not by actual weight. When estimating the shipping costs of your order, please keep this in mind, and be careful not to use the product weight as a guide.  Yes, Sideshow Wait Lists DO work! Which is why we encourage collectors to review their Wait List reservations often and cancel any items that you no longer care to obtain. These reservations can be fulfilled at any time. Even though our site sends a courtesy notification e-mail prior to fulfillment, we are not responsible if you do not receive this notification for any reason, or if you do not cancel the item in time, prior to shipping. If your Wait List reservation is fullfilled and shipped, you will be charged shipping fees for the items return if you no longer wish to receive it.
